    摘要:
    針對真空斷路器在增加觸頭彈簧壓力時彈簧操動機構不能可靠分合的問題,在不改變儲能彈簧和分閘彈簧能量的前提下,對環網柜用真空斷路器彈簧操動機構凸輪輪廓、傳動拐臂尺寸和角度、連板尺寸進行優化,建立優化后彈簧操動機構的數學模型,分別進行MATLAB和ADAMS仿真。MATLAB仿真結果表明,機構的出力特性與斷路器的負載特性能夠實現良好匹配,優化后觸頭彈簧壓力為2 327 N,較優化前效率提高132%。動力學仿真顯示,優化后的觸頭彈簧壓力提高為2 286 N。試驗表明,裝配2 100 N觸頭彈簧壓力時機構能可靠分合,合閘速度減小到065 m·s-1,合閘彈跳減小,驗證了優化方案的有效性和可靠性。
    Abstract:
    Aiming at solving the problem of unsteady opening and closure of the spring operating mechanism of the vacuum circuit breaker at increased contact spring pressure,without changing the energy of the energy storage spring or the opening spring,an optimized spring operating mechanism is established in which its contour,the size and angle of the driving arm,and the size of the connecting plate are optimized,and the MATLAB and ADAMS simulations are performed respectively.MATLAB simulation results show that the output characteristics of the mechanism is well matched with the load characteristics of the circuit breaker,and the optimized contact spring pressure reaches 2 327 N,13.2% higher than the efficiency before optimizationdynamic simulation shows that the optimized contact spring pressure is increased to 2 286 Nthe test shows that the mechanism assembled with 2 100 N contact spring pressure can be opened and closed reliably with a reduced closing speed at 0.65 m·s-1 and reduced closing bounce,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the optimized scheme.
